Subject: IRS LOCKOUT CASE DOCUMENTS ON THE NET
Dear Friends and Supporters:
My sincere gratitude to all who have prayed for me as I defend against an attempt by the IRS to "lock me out" of their agency in my capacity as a client representative. I am also sincerely grateful to those who immediately jumped to contribute to my defense (nearly all of the contributions were postmarked October 27, less than 48 hours after my request for help went out).
I have begun posting to the internet documents that have been filed in the "IRS LOCKOUT" case. These documents will enable each of you to see exactly what is being alleged and the responses to the allegations. Visit my website and click on "IRS LOCKOUT UPDATE" to view the documents. You will need Adobe Acrobat to view the documents.
As you will no doubt realize after reviewing these documents, the cost of this litigation is, and will be, significant. I think you will also realize that the issues being litigated are even more significant, not just for me but for all of us because the very right to confront our accusers and obtain the assistance of knowledgeable professionals is under attack. Especially significant are the allegations in the Amended Complaint. Regardless of the outcome of this case, millions of Americans may finally obtain answers to the questions about federal income tax return filing requirements that government officials have been so suspiciously reticent to address.
Please continue to pray for our defense team and contribute what you can to help in this fight. I encourage you to visit the website in the future as I will continue to post documents as they become available. Remind your lists that they can sign up for email alerts at my website by clicking on "Mailing List".
